Aloha, do you love Korean food?
I do love Korean food because I've watch a lot of Korean drama series and variety shows (Wohoo!). I love Running Man, The Return of Superman, The Law of the Jungle, Please Take Care of My Refrigerator, Goblin, My Love from the Star, etc. And just like other Korean tv show's fans, watching the actress and actor eating the food with happy and satisfied expression, made us easily fall in love with their food too. Most likely I ate Korean food in the restaurant, but I do love to cook the dish by myself too.

Let me tell you why I choose to cook japchae for my very first post in this Kitchen category. Because when I started this blog, I keep thinking (and praying) which dish should I cook for my first recipe. And suddenly my Boss gave me a box full of Korean ingredients, and the main ingredient is only this sweet potato glass noodle. So as you see, the answer is japchae. Thank you My Lord ❤
So as I received the box, Yey!
I happily cook Korean dish for my Boss and office-mates. Here is my simple way to cook japchae. Yes yes I know it's not simple to cook japchae, because of the process and Korean people love to use a lot of ingredient, especially vegetables. But that's one of the reasons I like Korean food, because it's made the food healthier.
Ready to start? Here we go!
