YO-BERRIES TOAST

Let's start a day with a toast!
Who doesn't like bread and an easy yummy recipe for quick breakfast?
Me too, like to eat bread toast for breakfast. As I already try most of homey and familiar topping for my toast, like jams, sugar-butter, chocolate, peanut butter, cheddar, mozzarella, sweetened condensed milk etc. Now I wanna try something new, a quick one for my morning.
So here's a very simple fresh-healthy-yummy toast for you.
Prepare :
4 slices whole wheat bread
4 tbsp strawberry jam
4 tbsp plain yogurt (cold is better)
4 tsp dried berries (Cranberry, Raisin, Goji berry, and Blueberry)
4 tsp Almond (minced)
4 tsp butter
How to :
1. Melt 1 tsp butter on the fry pan, put 1 slice whole bread, fry the bread for 1-2 minutes until it golden brown. Or you can simply put the bread into bread toaster and spread the butter while the bread still hot.
2. My favorite combination is spread the 1 tbsp strawberry jam, 1 tbsp plain yogurt, 1 tsp dried berries and the last but not least is 1 tsp almond.

But of course you can play with the combination of topping ingredient. You can do as you wish, ex. :
- Spread 1 tbsp plain yogurt, 1 tbsp strawberry jam ( I make it love shape, you can make it in any shapes you want, even no shape) and add 1 tsp dried berries.
- Spread the 1 tbsp strawberry jam, add some yogurt and 1 tsp dried berries.
- Or only 1 tbsp plain yogurt and 1 tbsp strawberry jam can make it too.

3. Enjoy it with a cup of milk or hot coffee.

Very simple for the morning isn't?
I brought this toast to my office and found out that my boss and friends love this Yo-berries toast too, Yey!
